We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
